Using Handra
You must be able to enter an agreement and have authority to act for any business whose information you manage. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for the people and tools you authorize to use your workspace.
Your content and instructions
You retain rights to the content you enter. You permit Handra to store and process that content as necessary to provide the service and carry out your instructions. You must have permission to upload client, employee and contact information and to send messages to your chosen recipients.
Acceptable use
Do not use Handra for unlawful activity, unsolicited or deceptive bulk messaging, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft or interference with another workspace. Do not test security against other users’ data. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Connected providers and AI tools
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may charge separate fees. You are responsible for provider credentials, sending-domain configuration, recipient permissions and reviewing actions performed by connected assistants. Tokens may grant write access; share them deliberately and revoke them when needed.
Early access and charges
The core workspace is free during early access. Features, limits and availability may change. Any future paid plan will require clear pricing and authorization before a charge. Payment-provider and email-provider costs are separate.
Scope and availability
Handra provides operational tools, not professional accounting, tax, legal or employment advice. A typed-name document sign-off is a basic project approval record, not a certified digital-signature service. Keep independent copies of important business records. The early-access service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every business purpose.
Leaving and disputes
You can stop using the service and request an export or account deletion through support. We may suspend access for misuse or material breach. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Handra develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
